Return policy

As flowers are perishable goods and dried flowers as well as preserved flowers are fragile. All sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at DAISYZOOM BOTANIC, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do.

Terms of service

Every bouquet is unique and flowers vary in seasons and design detail. Should any dispute arise, the decision of DAISYZOOM BOTANIC, shall be final.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded as florists may take the order as soon as possible in the steps of preparing materials and flowers and schedule arranging.

It is a condition of use of this site that all copy and material shown here remains the property of flowers and may not be reproduced, quoted or disseminated without prior written approval of the owners.

Privacy policy
